Role Overview

Chai Waale -- South India's fastest-growing vegetarian tea cafe chain -- is seeking a Realtor Executive to drive outlet expansion by identifying, evaluating, and securing high-potential retail spaces for new store openings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the real estate and retail property sector, with experience in identifying prime high-street, mall, tech park, builder-promoter, and institutional locations suitable for F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and shortlist commercial properties and retail spaces across targeted areas. Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and landlords for site visits, negotiations, and documentation. Evaluate properties based on footfall, visibility, accessibility, and market potential. Collaborate with internal teams -- Projects, Operations, and Legal -- for final site approvals. Maintain a detailed property pipeline, including location photos, rental expectations, and owner details. Conduct market research to identify emerging F&B zones and upcoming retail developments. Represent Chai Waale at property exhibitions, real estate meets, and local networking events. Ensure timely closure of property deals within brand parameters and approved budgets.
Key Requirements

2-5 years of experience in real estate, retail leasing, or space acquisition Strong market knowledge and established real estate network. Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver against expansion targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the city and nearby regions. Proficiency in English and Tamil (Hindi will be an added advantage). Knowledge of Pan-India commercial property requirements is desirable.
