Role Overview



As a Realtor at Grandview Consulting, you will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing real estate transactions. This includes advising clients, conducting market research, managing site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and convert qualified real estate leads through various channels (networking, referrals, online platforms). Assist clients with property purchases, sales, or investments by understanding their needs and presenting the most suitable options. Conduct in-depth market research and stay updated on property trends, inventory, and regulations. Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, including documentation, legal due diligence, and coordination with developers or brokers. Represent the brand at property launches, site visits, and investor meetings. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to maximize visibility and conversion. Ensure excellent post-sale customer relationship management.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Realtor, Real Estate Agent, or Consultant (1-3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (Residential or Commercial). Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. RERA certification (if applicable in your region) is a plus.
