You will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our properties, highlights our brand, and engages potential buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for property listings, including virtual tours, walkthroughs, and aerial footage (drone videography).

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional videos, client testimonials, and brand-related content.

- Ensure all videos align with Valiyaparambil Properties' branding and marketing goals.

- Manage video equipment, including cameras, drones, lighting, and audio gear.

- Edit videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to add music, graphics, and effects.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in videography and real estate marketing.

- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

- Experience with drone videography and editing (FAA Part 107 certification is a plus).

- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio techniques.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends is a plus.

- Owns professional-grade video equipment

- Experience in real estate videography or related fields.

- Knowledge of 3D virtual tour software (e.g., Matterport).

- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and video optimization for these platforms.
