Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling
Welcome customers at the site and explain project/property details clearly.
Show the layout, sample units, plot/land, amenities, and surroundings.
Attend customer queries and provide correct information.
Record customer details and update the sales/marketing team.
Coordinate customer follow-ups with the manager.
Site Management
Stay at the site full-time and maintain site cleanliness and readiness for visits.
Arrange for viewing (keys, lights, sample flats, documents).
Coordinate with workers if basic maintenance or cleaning is needed.
Coordination & Reporting
Work directly
under the Sales Manager/Project Manager
.
Share daily visitor reports, enquiry details, and customer feedback.
Take photos/videos of site status and send to office management.
Inform the manager about material, site issues, or customer requirements.
Required Skills
Strong communication & customer handling skills.
Confident in explaining project details.
Presentable and polite behaviour.
Basic knowledge of real estate (plots, flats, amenities, site layout).
Ability to work independently at the site.
Qualifications
Any degree / diploma accepted.
Experience in real estate customer handling is added advantage.
Freshers with good communication can also apply.
