Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, client acquisition, and relationship management through TheLAL platform.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential buyers, sellers, and brokers to promote property listings through TheLAL platform.
Conduct client meetings (online & offline), property visits, and explain project details.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales by providing end-to-end assistance.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with builders, developers, and channel partners to expand inventory.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate).
1-2 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred, fresher with strong communication skills may apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings/property visits.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and real estate market is an advantage.
