Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers from provided databases and marketing leads
Explain project details, pricing, benefits, and investment value of properties
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong relationship management
Update CRM/lead sheets with call status and lead progress
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Provide excellent customer service to create trust and encourage conversions
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups after site visits
Attend project briefing sessions, team meetings, and training activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience in telesales (Real Estate preferred)
Strong communication in
English, Hindi, and Kannada/Marathi
Convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections professionally
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work under targets
