Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate leads through field visits, local networking, and site tours.
Showcase and explain features of independent builder floors to prospective clients.
Maintain and develop relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct buyers.
Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and property trends.
Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals in coordination with the sales team.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients.
Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and conversions.
Stay updated on new inventory, project details, and luxury builder offerings.
Requirements:
Candidate
must have their own bike
for local travel and site visits.
1-3 years of prior experience in field sales with a
reputed builder
, preferably in the
luxury builder floor segment
.
Strong knowledge of independent builder floors and the real estate landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle client queries professionally.
Salary Range:
?15,000 - ?20,000 (based on experience and performance)
