We are a growing real estate and construction company handling multiple residential, commercial, and land development projects. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing Agents to join our team and support our sales and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, WhatsApp marketing, and online platforms.
Handle enquiries and convert leads into site visits.
Explain property details, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients.
Coordinate and schedule client site visits with the sales and site team.
Maintain client follow-up through calls, messages, and CRM updates.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support digital team for property photos/videos when required.
Understand market trends, competitor properties, and customer needs.
Skills Required
Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate marketing (preferred).
Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred).
Qualifications
Any degree / Diploma.
Experienced candidates can apply.
Real estate field marketing experience will be an added advantage.
