Position Title:

Real - Time Data Monitoring Analyst

Job location:

Mumbai Andheri (E).

Work Mode:

IN - OFFICE (5 days working- 2 days week-off: rotational)

Hours of operation:

8hrs monthly rotational shifts (7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm -7am).

Role Summary:

The selected individual will have to monitor applications and the real-time data streaming

on these applications. In the event of data not updating or not being within

predefined parameters, or an application not working, a ticket will be raised and informed on relevant Teams channels.

Key Responsibilities:

o Monitoring and Support desk executive role.

o Monitor real-time data feeds from various US locations.

o Validate data quality using a defined process.

o Report any anomalies found in the data.

o Perform first-level diagnosis for data stream interruptions or errors.

o Record tickets for identified issues.

o Contact relevant support teams for issue resolution as needed.

o Successful candidates will receive training for job tasks.

Qualification

: HSC/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
