Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and channel partner networks.
Pitch residential and/or commercial real estate projects of developers to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects based on budget and preferences.
Arrange and conduct site visits in coordination with developers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients and provide end-to-end sales support.
Handle client queries regarding pricing, payment plans, offers, possession timelines, and amenities.
Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure conversion.
Maintain post-sales relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Coordination with Developers & Internal Teams
Coordinate with developer sales teams for inventory availability, pricing, and offers.
Assist clients with booking procedures, documentation, and agreement formalities.
Coordinate home loan assistance with banks and financial institutions.
Ensure smooth communication between client, developer, and channel partner office.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate client data, lead status, and sales records in CRM or MIS.
Prepare daily call reports, site visit reports, and sales closure reports.
Ensure timely submission of booking forms and required documents.
Market Intelligence
Keep track of new project launches, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Share client feedback and market insights with management.
