Role and Requirements :
\xe2\x80\x93 MBA with 8-14 yrs of experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Should have extensive experience in equity/ credit rating/ credit research in the Indian Real Estate/Construction Sector and on Indian Companies in the Sector
\xe2\x80\x93 Role will involve Sector Reports/ thought leadership on the sector as well as credit rating of proposals of companies in the sector
\xe2\x80\x93 He/She should be able to write special reports on the Sector
\xe2\x80\x93 Should have knowledge and experience in financial analysis/ credit appraisal/ credit rating/ equity research for the Indian Real Estate/Construction Sector
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent written and oral communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of financial analysis
\xe2\x80\x93 Expertise in MS Suite of Products Location : Mumbai Company : This position is for a Leading Credit Rating Agency
