Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior valuers in conducting physical site inspections and detailed assessments of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Support the valuation of plant, machinery, vehicles, and other tangible assets by collecting technical data and documenting conditions. Conduct market research to gather data on comparable property sales, lease rates, and prevailing market trends. Assist in the preparation and drafting of comprehensive valuation reports, Chartered Engineer (C.E.) Certificates, and other technical documents. Perform accurate area calculations and manage data using Microsoft Excel. Maintain meticulous and organized documentation for all valuation assignments. Provide analytical and technical support for specialized services, including structural and factory audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

Bachelor's Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience:

0-1 0 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are highly encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

Strong foundational knowledge of building materials and construction processes. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Familiarity with AutoCAD for interpreting technical drawings is desirable. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
