WearehiringaSeniorAttorneywithexperienceinrealestatetransactionstojoin our Mumbai office. The role requires handling end-to-end documentation and

executionofrealestatedeals,includingtitlediligence,conveyancing,and structuring, while working closely with the Associate Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

? Draft and review:

? Developmentagreements,conveyancedeeds,andleasedeeds?Joint development agreements, redevelopment contracts, and MoUs ? Leave & License Agreements and RERA documentation

? Agreements for sale, sale deeds, and property transfer documents

? Society resolutions, indemnities, and title documents

? Titlereports,searchsummaries,andlegalopinions

? Conductandsupervisetitleduediligenceforlandparcels,buildings,and redevelopment projects.

? Coordinatewithclients,developers,societies,architects,andsub registrars for smooth execution.

? Supportinstructuringofrealestatetransactionsandriskassessments.? Handle RERA compliance documentation and society representation. ?

Maintainclearversioncontrolofdocumentationandtracktimelinesfor each execution.

Requirements:

? Deepunderstandingofrealestatelaw,titleverification,andregulatory compliance (RERA, MOFA, etc.)

? Strong experience in drafting and closing real estate transaction documents.

? Priorexperiencewithhousingsocieties,developers,andproperty acquisitions.

? LLB with 4-6 years of solid experience in real estate practice.

? Ability to independently manage files and client expectations.

? Willingnesstoworkfull-timefromourNarimanPoint office.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
