Specialization : Real Estate and Revenue Matters

Location: Pune ,Maharashtra

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in real estate transactions and handle all types real estate transactions , revenue & civil matters, providing expert legal support and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Essential Requirements:


Well Versed with Marathi Language(able to read and write)


Well Acquaintance with Reading of Revenue Documents(Example:Mutation Entries,7/12 Extracts ,Transactional Documents etc.)

Experience :


Well equipped with drafting Comprehensive Title and Search Report


Well equipped with drafting and vetting of Transactional Documents like Sale Deed,Lease Deed , MOU's ,Conveyance Deed etc.


Acquaintance with Civil Court and Revenue Matters

Key Responsibilities:


Draft and review various agreements such as Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, MOUs, and other relevant transactional documents.


Conduct legal due diligence for property transactions.


Liaise with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.


Advise clients on property laws, title verification, and transaction structuring.


Handle property registration and mutation processes.


Conduct Comprehensive title searches and prepare detailed reports.


Appear in revenue and civil courts and handle related legal matters.


Represent clients in revenue courts and tribunals.


Prepare and submit applications, appeals, and other necessary documents.


Advise clients on revenue laws, land acquisition, and related matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
