We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Transaction Attorney,

preferably male, to join our team at Nariman Point, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will

have a strong background in handling real estate transactions, with a particular

focus on redevelopment of society-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:


Handle and oversee real estate transactions from start to finish.


Provide legal expertise and support for redevelopment and society-related

projects.


Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements.


Conduct thorough due diligence and title searches.


Liaise with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders to ensure

smooth transaction processes.


Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:


Male candidates preferred.


Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate transaction law.


Proven track record or strong knowledge of handling real estate transactions,

particularly in the redevelopment of society-related projects.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
