MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY

1. Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and knowledge of employees.

2. Curriculum Development: Create and update training content, materials, and programs for real estate professionals.

3. Classroom Training: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to employees, clients, or partners.

4. Virtual Training: Develop and deliver online training programs, webinars, and workshops.

5. Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate training effectiveness, assess learner progress, and provide feedback.

6. Mentoring and Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees to improve performance.

7. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Skills:

1. Training and Development: Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.

2. Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Real Estate Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.

4. Adult Learning: Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other training tools.

6. Facilitation: Ability to facilitate group discussions, encourage participation, and manage diverse learning styles.

7. Assessment and Evaluation: Skills in assessing learner progress, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing constructive feedback.

Real Estate Industry Knowledge:

1. Real Estate Market: Understanding of the real estate market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

2. Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as RERA, and industry standards.

3. Industry Best Practices: Familiarity with industry best practices, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

Certifications:

1. Train-the-Trainer: Certification in training and development, such as Train-the-Trainer or Certified Corporate Trainer.

2. Real Estate Certifications: Certifications like CRE (Certified Real Estate Professional) or similar designations.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
