Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and confident Trainer from any leading industry with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide training on company profile, project details, pricing, layouts and company offerings. Conduct product orientation sessions for CPs, Dealers, and walk-in Clients. Train teams on sales pitch, objection handling, closing techniques, and communication skills. Explain documentation, booking process, payment plans, legal formalities, and RERA guidelines. Conduct site visits, project tours, and on-ground training programs. Prepare training modules, presentations, FAQs, and project briefs. Train CPs and Dealers on how to present projects to their clients effectively. Conduct client awareness sessions to help them understand project benefits and buying process. Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance tracking. Coordinate with sales, marketing, CRM, and HR teams for training schedules and updates.
