About the Role



We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic

Real Estate Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training programs for our sales teams, channel partners, and new hires. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in commercial property, leasing, builder projects, and overall real estate market operations.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development



Conduct comprehensive training sessions on real estate products (residential & commercial), project knowledge, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Deliver daily/weekly sales training modules, including prospecting, lead conversion, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing.

Train new joiners on company policies, processes, CRM usage, documentation, and field operations.

Design and implement specialized training programs for Channel Partners and Brokers.

Develop training manuals, PPTs, handouts, videos, and scripts.

Product & Market Understanding



Provide deep insights on builder projects, layouts, approvals, RERA norms, leasing terms, and investment strategies.

Update the team on latest property trends, micro-market behaviour, pricing, and project comparisons.

Guide sales teams on presenting commercial properties, leasing structures, and ROI models to clients.

Performance Monitoring



Conduct regular evaluation tests to measure training effectiveness.

Share performance reports with management based on participation, learning progress, and feedback.

Identify performance gaps and plan refresher training sessions.

Communication & Coordination

Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and HR teams for training calendars.

Assist Management in creating sales scripts, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.

Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Trainer in Real Estate (Commercial experience preferred).

Strong understanding of leasing, commercial property, sales cycles, and builder project knowledge.

Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

Ability to create impactful training content (PPTs, videos, manuals).

Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and motivational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital presentation platforms.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
