Job Description

A Real Estate Trainee is a junior-level position designed to expose candidates to property sales, marketing, site operations, and customer relationship management. Through mentorship and hands-on exposure, the trainee builds core skills required to succeed in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Engagement:
Support property enquiries, schedule and accompany site visits, and handle initial customer follow-ups.

Documentation Support:
Assist in preparing sales agreements, booking forms, legal document collections, and KYC verification.

CRM Management:
Update leads, inquiries, and client details into CRM systems; track sales pipeline.

Market Research:
Gather data on market rates, competitor projects, and local trends to support sales and marketing strategies.

Site Coordination:
Help organize property visits, ensure site readiness, and communicate with site teams for smooth client experience.

Marketing Assistance:
Support digital marketing and branding campaigns; contribute to property listings and promotions.

Customer Service:
Assist with customer feedback collection, complaint resolution, and building positive client relationships.

Qualifications:



1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

2. Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 years of real estate exposure.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

5. Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
