Telecaller
to join our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers to explain property offerings.
Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
Generate leads by persuading clients to visit or inquire about available properties.
Follow up with clients for feedback and appointments.
Handle client queries efficiently and professionally.
Schedule meetings for site visits with the sales team.
Keep records of daily calls and customer interactions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi (English is a plus)
Confident and pleasant phone etiquette
Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in telecalling or customer engagement preferred
