We are seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Telesales (Female) to join our team at Khushi Housing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a Real Estate Telesales, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our real estate services, and closing sales over the phone. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, specifically in the real estate industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and any regional language
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Contact potential customers via phone to promote our real estate services
• Explain the features and benefits of our properties and investment opportunities
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding property details, pricing, and availability
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term relationships
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the real estate market trends and competition
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall sales performance
• Document and update customer records in the CRM system
