Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, providing details about real estate projects and services.
Generate leads through telecalling, follow-ups, and client engagement.
Post and manage property listings on real estate portals such as
MagicBricks, 99Acres, Housing.com
, etc.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate lead information.
Coordinate with channel partners for property promotions, lead generation, and sales support.
Schedule site visits for clients and provide necessary project details.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Support the sales team in achieving targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidate with
6 months - 1 year of experience
in real estate telecalling/inside sales.
Good knowledge of
property portal postings
(MagicBricks, 99Acres, etc.).
Familiarity with
channel partner networks
in real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
