Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate property information
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and update CRM data regularly
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller (Real Estate preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
