Experience:

Minimum 6 months in Real Estate Telecalling/Customer Handling

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for real estate projects. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed project information. Maintain client database and follow up regularly to convert leads into site visits. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and property visits. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate telecalling. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality. Ability to handle client queries professionally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
