Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Telecaller to handle outbound calling, generate leads, and schedule site visits for potential buyers. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and an understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote real estate projects.

Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and investment value to clients.

Identify interested customers and qualify leads based on their requirements.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain customer databases and update lead information regularly in CRM.

Follow up with clients who have shown interest through calls, ads, or campaigns.

Handle customer queries regarding properties, documentation, and process.

Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales opportunities.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, or local languages.

Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.

Good knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to convince customers and handle objections professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

Experience in real estate telecalling, customer service, or telesales is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
