Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database or leads provided.
Explain real estate project features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.
Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure customer interest.
Maintain call logs and update CRM with lead status.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals.
Handle inbound inquiries through phone and coordinate with the sales team.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead processing.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Confident and persuasive speaking skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate processes and terminology.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Eligibility Criteria:
Female candidates only.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
Previous experience in telecalling or real estate preferred.
