Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound & outbound calls
to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into site visits.
Pitch company projects (both
primary sales & resale properties
) effectively, highlighting key USPs such as Zero Brokerage and Home Loan Assistance*. Schedule and coordinate
site visits
with Relationship Managers and follow up until conversion.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Build rapport with clients and ensure excellent customer experience from first contact to booking.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and site visit targets.
Share client feedback and market insights with the sales & marketing teams.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
0-3 years
in Telesales / Inside Sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply -

Strong communication skills in
English & Tamil
(knowledge of Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage).
Persuasive, target-driven, and confident over the phone.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
