Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and update CRM regularly.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients to maximize conversions.
Handle basic customer queries related to project, documentation, and payment plans.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills in
Hindi, English, or Punjabi
(as per requirement).
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
Basic knowledge of real estate will be an advantage (training will be provided).
Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
