Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our sales and lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing them with information about our properties and services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads from various sources.
Provide detailed information about properties, services, and the real estate market to prospective clients.
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining their interest level.
Schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations with the sales team.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in developing and implementing telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and company offerings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to persuade and engage clients over the phone.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
2+ Year Experience In Real Estate.
