Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain property details.
Handle inbound inquiries from advertisements, social media, and property portals.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain follow-up calls with interested clients to ensure closure.
Update lead information and call status in CRM or Excel.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visit bookings.
Maintain a positive interaction with customers to build good relationships.

Female candidate only.
Minimum
1 year of real estate telecalling experience
is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in
Tamil and English

Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of real estate projects, property types, and sales processes.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM usage).
