Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls

to potential customers to promote real estate projects and generate new leads. Respond to inbound queries from clients regarding properties and real estate services.

Schedule and coordinate property viewings

or site visits with interested clients and sales agents.

Explain property details

such as location, amenities, pricing, and features over the phone.

Maintain and update

customer databases and records in CRM systems.

Follow up regularly with leads

to nurture their interest and address concerns, aiming to move them towards a sale.

Provide feedback

to the management on customer needs and trends in the market. Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum education: Preference may be given to graduates. Prior experience in tele calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferably in real estate) is advantageous. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer knowledge. Excellent verbal

communication

and listening skills. Strong

negotiation

and persuasion abilities. Good

time management

and multitasking capabilities. Customer relationship management techniques and telemarketing strategies. Ability to handle rejection, remain positive, and work towards targets. Organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and follow-up schedules.

Pay & Benefits:

Fixed salary with

additional incentives

based on performance.
