We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Real Estate Technology Specialist with hands-on experience in ERP systems to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between real estate operations and technology, ensuring seamless implementation, customization, and management of ERP solutions that support core real estate functions such as leasing, property management, finance, and compliance.
As part of our digital transformation journey, you will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, automating workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making for our real estate business.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain ERP systems tailored for real estate operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, leasing, sales, and property management, to ensure ERP modules align with business needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and integrate ERP workflows into daily operations.
• Conduct regular system testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and support.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into property portfolios, financial performance, occupancy, and compliance.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security within ERP systems.
• Train and support end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of ERP tools.
• Stay updated with emerging real estate technology trends (PropTech, smart building solutions, AI-driven analytics) and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
• Participate in process re-engineering and digital initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Yardi, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as finance, leasing, procurement, and asset management.
• Solid knowledge of real estate workflows including leasing, property operations, sales transactions, and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or ERP-native reporting).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with ERP vendors for resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail, timelines, and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to PropTech platforms, IoT integrations, or real estate CRM systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-based ERP deployments and integrations with third-party applications.
• Experience in automation and workflow optimization within ERP.
• Familiarity with SQL, scripting, or ERP customization tools.
