Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Team Member to join our dynamic real estate team. As a key member of our team, you will support the sales process, assist clients, and help ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Support:

Assist clients with inquiries, provide property information, and schedule showings. Ensure all client interactions are professional and informative.

Lead Management:

Follow up on inbound leads and maintain a database of potential clients. Assist with converting leads into clients by offering exceptional service.

Marketing And Sales Support:

Assist in creating marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and online content. Help maintain and update the team's website and social media platforms.

Administrative Duties:

Manage paperwork, contracts, and transaction coordination to ensure timely completion of all necessary documents. Maintain organized files and records for current transactions.

Property Search & Showings:

Assist clients in searching for properties based on their needs and preferences. Attend property showings with clients and provide them with relevant information.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood information to assist clients in making well-informed decisions.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the team leader, agents, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and help meet the team's sales targets.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a customer service-oriented role is a plus. Real estate license (if applicable in your area) or willingness to obtain one. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Social media knowledge and basic marketing skills preferred. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
