Lead, manage and motivate a team member to achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits and support team members in deal closures.
Allocate leads effectively and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
Monitor team performance and prepare detailed sales reports.
Ability to work independently and as well as collaboratively.
Train and guide team members on sales strategies, project knowledge and customer
handling.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat
business.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities and promotional
campaigns.
Stay updated with market trends, competitive projects and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of real estate laws and market dynamics.
Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
