We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Team Leader to manage, guide, and drive the performance of a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing team capabilities, and ensuring excellent client relationships in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback.
Generate business through site visits, client meetings, and channel partner coordination.
Handle key clients and assist team members in closing high-value deals.
Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and customers.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
