Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

: Recruit, train, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents, fostering a high-performance culture.

Sales Strategy

: Develop and implement effective sales plans to expand client base and meet organizational goals.

Performance Management

: Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews.

Client & Market Focus

: Build strong client/developer relationships, oversee negotiations, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.

Operations

: Oversee sales processes, manage budgets, ensure legal compliance, and prepare sales reports/forecasts.

Collaboration

: Work with marketing and other departments to align efforts and enhance brand presence.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven success as a real estate agent/leader. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Deep understanding of real estate market trends and regulations. Strategic planning and analytical abilities. Excellent client relationship management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
