Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Drive new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships
Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients/team
Track team performance and implement strategies for improvement
Stay updated with real estate market trends and project offerings
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 2 years in a team-handling role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
Proficiency in English & Hindi (preferred)
Based in or willing to commute to Dwarka
Four-wheeler ownership preferred for client meetings and travel
