Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Sales Strategy:

Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and cultivating new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Property Presentations and Sales:

Conducting site visits, presenting property options, and guiding clients through the sales process.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Leading negotiations and successfully closing sales transactions.

Market Analysis:

Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and optimize sales.

Team Collaboration:

Working closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to achieve overall business objectives.

Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to management.

Mentoring and Training:

Providing guidance and support to less experienced sales representatives.

Customer Engagement and Support:

Managing customer requirements, coordinating information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven Sales Experience:

Significant experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Market Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and competitor analysis.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Analyzing data, identifying trends, and solving complex problems.

Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per month
