Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable

Real Estate Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, property transactions, and market analysis. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy, sell, or lease properties while upholding Zorba Estates' core values of integrity, professionalism, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist buyers, sellers, and tenants in property transactions across residential and commercial segments Conduct market research and comparative analysis to guide clients on pricing and property value Coordinate and schedule property visits, client meetings, and site inspections Facilitate negotiations between parties and help close deals efficiently Maintain updated knowledge of current property laws, RERA guidelines, and market trends Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and support

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or consulting Strong knowledge of Bangalore real estate market and property documentation process Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a plus
