1. Building reliable Strategy to research on Channel Partner activation for the site
2. Very Strong Channel Partner network
3. Responsible for Market research and surveys
4. Meeting Channel partners on daily, weekly, monthly basis to generate business ( on Field)
5. Training team on sourcing walk ins through Channel partners
6. Strong Network for corporate and society activities to generate leads for the project
7. Strong Business development skills to generate revenue from the market
8. Activating Institutional Channel Partners and International property consultants for the company
9. Responsible to design Channel partner strategies every month
10. Create, maintain and follow day to day various types sales reports
11. Come up with new sales ideas or strategies and keep an eye on the market trends by analytical tool
12. Should be able to work on Sales CRM software
13. Strictly following the deadline given by the management for all the tasks allocated
14. Play a key role during various stages of channel partner engagement program and help the team members to develop strong and long term relationship
15. Ensure compliance with RERA requirements.
16.Responsible to generate 60% of the walk ins through Channel partners for respective site
