- Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

Lead sourcing activities for

HNI clients

, luxury brands, and premium residential / commercial projects. Manage and drive

direct sales and Channel Partner (CP) networks

to generate consistent business. Formulate and implement

effective sourcing and sales strategies

aligned with organizational targets. Monitor and ensure

timely follow-ups

, negotiations, and closures across the sales pipeline. Oversee the

end-to-end booking process

, including documentation and collection of booking amounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with

Channel Partners, brokers, and key stakeholders

. Track competitor activities, pricing trends, schemes, and market movements to stay competitive. Ensure

maximum customer satisfaction

through professional engagement and post-booking coordination. Mentor and guide sourcing executives to improve productivity and performance.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

Education:

Minimum Graduate;

MBA preferred

Experience:

5+ years

of experience in Real Estate sales/sourcing, with exposure to luxury or premium projects. Strong understanding of

real estate markets, pricing strategies, and inventory management

. Sound knowledge of

area calculations, construction basics, and real estate documentation

. Excellent communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

. Strong

leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

. Result-oriented with a

customer-first mindset

. Ability to work under targets while maintaining

strict process compliance
