Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking,
and lead generation efforts.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales meetings and presentations to understand client needs, present solutions, and close deals.
4. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
5. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
7. Sales Records: Accurately maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
8. Channel Partner Management: Maintain strong relationships with distribution networks and channel partners.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 8-10 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
3. Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
4. Personality: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
5. Residence: Preferably residing in the western suburbs of Mumbai.
