Position :- Sourcing RM ( Real Estate )

Experience :- 2-4 Years of experience in Real Estate in Sourcing

Roles and Responsibilities :-

1.Identify CP and promote products to them

2.Take update from CPs on products and offerings

3.Explore new avenues of CPs and broaden market

4.Maximize channel and reference business.

5.Train CP on product details 6.Capture weekend walk-in data

7.Conduct CP meets on sites during launches and during sustenance

8.Reporting to the Business Head

9.Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly sales reports including Site walk-ins and prospect databank.

10.Actively participating in all promotional activities, events & exhibitions

11.Keep on raising the bar with respect to target setting and achievement.

12.Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.

13.Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business.

14.Evaluate customers skills, and needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships. 15.Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.

16.Meet personal sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
