to oversee construction projects at R K Construction. The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site
Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and documentation
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Resolve any technical issues or delays promptly
Ensure all work complies with legal requirements and building codes
Assist in procurement and material management
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients as required
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
2 to 5 years of relevant site engineering experience in construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficiency in site management software (optional)
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
