Job Description

Education: Bachelor's/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is generally required.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Presales Executive or in a similar role within the real estate industry. Fluency in English and Kannada; additional South Indian language(s) is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and adapt tone/approach to different client personas. Proven experience using CRM software and telecalling tools for lead management and follow-ups. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and keen attention to detail.
