5+ years in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Conduct site visits and client presentations to convert leads into sales.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analyses for management review.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client queries efficiently.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate sales
, preferably in luxury or commercial segment.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent knowledge of the local property market.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
