About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Professionals to join one of Bangalore's most prestigious plotted development companies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer engagement, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential buyers through calls, site visits, and property presentations.
Develop strong product knowledge project features, pricing, amenities, and market insights.
Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospects; address queries with clarity and confidence.
Drive negotiations on pricing, terms, and closures to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate with marketing and presales teams for lead follow-up and conversion.
For Manager Level: Lead and mentor the sales team, monitor performance, and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
0 to 12 Years of experience in required Freshers or experienced professionals (up to Manager level) are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
Proactive, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
Experience in plotted development projects is an added advantage (for experienced roles).
