Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Plan site visits, client meetings, and property presentations to maximize conversions.
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline management through CRM.
Generate leads through brokers, channel partners, portals, and internal marketing support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and deal closures as per company policy.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts teams for documentation, agreements, and collections.
Track booking status, customer payments, and support collection follow-ups when required.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews for the team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA norms, and ethical sales practices.
Resolve client escalations and provide post-sales support until possession.
Support marketing activities such as site events, campaigns, and promotions.
Assist HR in recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales staff.
Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and productivity of the sales team.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure readiness for client visits and demonstrations.
