senior sales manager
to spearhead sales for our low rise
residential
project in zirakpur region.
The ideal candidate should possess an extensive
channel partner network
, especially in
zirakpur,
and have a proven track record in driving sales for a premium group housing residential development.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and expand a strong
channel partner and broker network
across tricity with a focus towards zirakpur.
Drive sales through channel partners, direct clients and corporate tie ups.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Conduct project presentations, site visits to promote the property and attract potential buyers
Coordinate with team and make edms for daily outreach towards channel partners and potential clients.
Analyse market trends, competitor projects and buyer behavior to enhance sales strategy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
