Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Showcase available properties through site visits, virtual tours, and presentations.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to ensure best outcomes.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently to convert prospects.
Prepare and process sale agreements, documentation, and post-sale support.
Collaborate with developers, builders, and brokers for new project launches.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
Strong networking and customer relationship management
Knowledge of local real estate market
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
Basic computer and CRM software proficiency
Education & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed salary + High commission on each sale
